What was the biggest lesson you learned while working during the pandemic?
How resilient we can all be and how strong the ability to adapt is. Pre-pandemic, if you had asked me whether Berdon would be able to shift to remote working I would have been skeptical at best. However, COVID-19 did not present us with another option and in an incredible display of resiliency I feel like our firm has not missed a beat and went through a seamless transition. I was equally impressed with the similar transitions of our clients. No matter the steps that we made internally, to get the job done it needed to be a two-way street, and that is what I have observed to have occurred.
