What was the biggest lesson you learned while working during the pandemic?
Resiliency and kindness – The biggest lessons I have learned (or reminded myself) working through the pandemic was resiliency & kindness. When supply chain, stop work orders, work force challenges, COVID-19 are a daily topic, you need to stay focused, be agile and execute. During these unprecedented times, it reminds all of us of the empathy and kindness that we should treat ourselves, our coworkers and our clients every day. A quote that I like keep top of mind “When you have confidence, you can have a lot of fun. And when you have fun, you can do amazing things.” – Joe Namath.
