Ocala, FL Long Island firm, Silber Investment Properties, sells another Florida strip center in-house for $1.3 million. 

The fully rented 4,200 s/f property, located at 2708 SW College rd., comprised of 3 tenants; Smoothie King, MetroPCS, and Ramen House. 

Smoothie King and MetroPCS have been at this location for 15+ years. Ramen House came into the space in 2019. The previous tenant was Starbucks. 

It was purchased as an investment property at a Cap Rate of 8.5%.
