Carmel & Newburgh, NY Over 100 members of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) Hudson Valley and Greater Putnam Westchester chapters gathered to celebrate this year’s Dealmaker Awards.
The Lifetime Achievement Dealmaker award was given posthumously to Kevin McGrath of McGrath Realty, Inc., a respected and valued NYSCAR member, who successfully executed hundreds of commercial real estate transactions during his almost 50 years in the profession.
Hudson Valley Credit Union received the Affiliate Dealmaker award in recognition of its valued sponsorship and unwavering commitment to NYSCAR and its members throughout the year.
“Every year we gather as a community to honor our members, who are the best practitioners of commercial real estate in our region, and this year was no exception” said John Coladonato, incoming president of NYSCAR’s Hudson Valley chapter. “We had a fantastic turnout, which underscores the value of our organization and the members’ commitment to it and our profession.”

Award recipients were handpicked by members of each board after having been nominated by their peers.
