Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), one of the nation's leading independent real estate firms specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services has leased 3,106 s/f at 385 Third Ave. to Duane Reade on behalf of building ownership, Atlantic Development Group. RKF director Brett Weinblatt represented Atlantic Development Group in this transaction. 385 Third Ave. is an 18-story, 49-unit new residential building situated between East 27th St. and East 28th St. on Third Ave. "Duane Reade is the ideal amenity for 385 Third Ave.'s residents," said Weinblatt.
