- Bill Anninos and Larry Van Der Bogart of CBRE|Syracuse represented Frito-Lay for the leasing of a 70,800 s/f industrial facility at 6600 New Venture Gear Dr. in East Syracuse. The property is an industrial facility with a total of 80 dock doors and 20 drive-in doors, this property also offers other advantages, including up to 32’ clear ceilings, cross-dock availability, and heavy utilities.
- Peter Finn and Marty Dowd of CBRE|Syracuse represented the sellers in the sale of Westvale Plaza (2102-2214 and 2318 West Genesee St., a 184,393 s/f retail plaza. This plaza is anchored by Planet Fitness; Family Dollar; Rescue Mission; Geddes Federal, and numerous other national and local tenants. The property sold for $6.8 million.
- Dowd and Glenn Weisiger of CBRE|Syracuse sold a 20,250 s/f retail property for $1.45 million. The property is located at 440 West Nyack Rd. in West Nyack, and was previously owned by The Salvation Army. The property was purchased by New Plan North, LLC.
