Morris Adjmi-designed NX launches sales in Williamsburg
Brooklyn, NY According to Largo, the New York and Miami-based real estate development and investment firm, it has launched sales at NX at 215 North 10th St., a new collection of 31 luxury residences located in Williamsburg. Designed inside and out by celebrated architect Morris Adjmi, NX features homes with flexible layouts that cater to today’s live-work lifestyle.The boutique collection of residences creates an intimate building atmosphere that is complimented by amenity offerings designed for socializing and connection, crowned by a landscaped Sun Roof with city views.
Morris Adjmi designed NX to blend seamlessly into the ever-evolving Williamsburg landscape. The building’s contemporary form combines the charm of Williamsburg’s row houses with the history and patina of the area’s warehouses. A buff brick façade is paired with black steel as a nod to the neighborhood’s industrial past. Inside, modernist elements and natural materials come together to create fresh, inviting and functional environments.
“Largo has been very active in Williamsburg for the past decade, and this site was an opportunity we couldn’t pass up,” said Nick Werner, co-founder of Largo. “The site’s ideal location on the corner of a great block allowed us to do something really special and we were excited to have Morris Adjmi and his team bring NX to life. We wanted to create a beautiful building that contextually fit the neighborhood inside and out and elevated the living experience for Williamsburg. This will be our ninth project in Williamsburg, so we’ve seen the incredible evolution of the neighborhood and we wanted NX to offer something that a buyer would be excited and proud to call home. We focused on abundant outdoor spaces, flexible home office layouts and smart fitness amenities and above all on design.”
The homes at NX were designed to bring the outdoors in, with most residences featuring private terraces. The versatile layouts allow residents to customize their homes to cater to their lifestyle needs. Six-inch wide, European center cut oak floors and black clad windows rising to ten-foot ceilings create a modern canvas, with light-flooded interiors. Kitchens boast custom Italian cabinets and hardware with Italian Volakas marble counters and backsplashes. Morris Adjmi custom designed, anthracite plumbing fixtures are complimented by Bosch and Miele appliances. The graciously sized bathrooms are a spa-like retreat featuring monolithic European tile and custom-designed Morris Adjmi anthracite fixtures for a striking, minimalist modern tone. Select residences offer unique features like breakfast nooks, separate offices, walk-in pantries and dressing rooms. With the growing remote workforce, many of the flexible layouts can be designed to feature the perfect home office setup.
Crowning the building are seven perfectly composed Penthouse residences that stretch across the sixth floor, with unique and flexible layouts. Most Penthouses feature spacious private terraces designed for seamless indoor-to-outdoor living. Penthouses also include floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive views of Brooklyn and the iconic NYC skyline.
