O’Hara and Schachner of CAMCO facilitate two leases: 14,900 s/f total

Port Jefferson Station, NY CAMCO Commercial Real Estate LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage, completed the lease of two spaces at 200 Wilson St.

CAMCO, who exclusively represents Port Jefferson Business Center located at 200 Wilson St., leased a combined 14,900 s/f to two tenants: Backstage Studio of Dance and Body, Mind & Breath Industries.

Backstage Studio of Dance is a local dance studio that is expanding and upgrading to this custom 10,500 s/f space.

Body, Mind & Breath Industries will be occupying 4,400 s/f for their fitness, wellness, and training gym.

Lorraine O’Hara and Aric Schachner of CAMCO represented the landlord. The tenants were represented by their own individual agents.
