In the past year, what project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?
Our firm launched a 1031 DST Exchange division this year. It has been a lot of work and very rewarding to see our product come to market. I enjoy building the distribution strategy and platform and working with investors to educate them on our offering.

How do you contribute to your community or your profession?
KNPRE is a member of the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association and I volunteer my time to support their advocacy and education efforts. Our company motto is “Doing well by doing good” and on a personal level, I put that into action volunteering for several non-profits including Girls on the Run, Meals on Wheels, and French Bulldog Rescue Network.

How do you advocate for your fellow women in real estate?
I believe it is our responsibility to support and encourage each other. I enjoy mentoring women who are early in their career and finding opportunities to help peers achieve their goals. I have a core group of professional friends and we connect regularly to brainstorm ideas, talk through challenges, and encourage each other to keep pursuing our dreams and goals.
