CREW New York name the incoming 2022 Board of Directors

New York, NY CREW New York (CREWNY) has appointed their incoming 2022 Board of Directors. Several of thier veteran board members are joined by four new board members.

Incoming President Julia Rocco of Kimco Realty is joined by fellow veteran officers:

  • President elect Michelle DeCarlo of Jaros, Baum and Bolles;
  • Immediate past president Betty Castro of RIPCO; and
  • Secretary Alana Sliwinski of Troutman Pepper.

CREWNY also welcomes new officers:

  • Treasurer Nicole Radumski of Valley National Bank; and
  • Member-at-large/diversity officer Nayada Lugji of Lendlease.

The 2022 officers are joined by directors:

  • Career Advancement Chair Erin Timko of Trepp, LLC;
  • Communications/PR Chair Anuska Amparo of AmTrust Title;
  • Legacy Leaders Chair Maria Elefante of Arbor Realty;
  • Member Engagement and Empowerment Chair Barbara Champoux of Champoux Law Group;
  • Membership Chair Soudeh Ahmadian of Langan;
  • Network and Member Recognition Chair Rachel Merva of Allianz Real Estate of America;
  • Sponsorship Chair Sarah Marsh of MAAI Marsh Architects;
  • Directors Programs Chair Linda Foggie of Turner and Townsend; and
  • Young Professionals Chair Julie Reimann of The Durst Organization.

The individuals on the CREWNY Board of Directors come from a broad spectrum of qualified fields in commercial real estate that includes law, brokerage, title/escrow, construction management/general contracting, and many more. The board’s responsibilities are to provide guidance in the operations and direction of CREWNY and to steer the organization to a sound future by ensuring that our mission is fulfilled in the most effective ways possible.
