Heiss and Phillips of Largo finance $8.6m for 165,459 s/f project

Kevin Heiss and Jack Phillips of the Largo Group of Companies, arranged three-year interest-only financing in the amount of $8.6 million for Meridian Gateway Center, a 165,459 s/f flex office/warehouse project. The subject was originally constructed in 1984; however, it has recently undergone renovations totaling over $2 million.
