Andrew Stewart and Dev Morris of Cronheim Mortgage have arranged an $18 million financing facility for a 1,008-acre site, known as Hudson Lake Ranches, that is being developed in 98 home sites of 5 to 20 acres in size.   The subject property is located at 6908 Hwy. 98 North. The Okeechobee County Airport, located within five miles of the subject property, serves the subject property. The subject property's location also makes it a fitting candidate for the development movement known as New Ruralism.
