The team of Gretchen Wilcox, president of Q10| G.S. Wilcox & Co., and Albert Raymond, principal, arranged four loans totaling $16.1 million that include: * A $3 million loan on 57,000 s/f single-tenanted warehouse. * A $7 million loan on a 147,472 s/f industrial building. * A $3.2 million loan on a 61,220 s/f warehouse in Secaucus. * A $2.9 million loan on a 58,736 s/f warehouse in Secaucus. The financing for each deal was arranged through the firm's correspondent relationship with Great West Life and Annuity Insurance Co.
