Capmark Finance Inc. originated $21.5 million in interim, floating rate debt for the refinance of Norfolk Tower, an office building in the Greenway Plaza submarket. The three-year, 75% LTV loan is interest-only. Located on 2.5 acres at 2211 Norfolk St., the Norfolk Tower is an 11-story, class B+ office building with 206,671 s/f of rentable area. Senior VP Jim Adams of the Capmark Finance Houston office originated the financing. The borrower was an affiliate of Younan Properties Inc.
