Burke of David G. White completes $1.45m sale

Tim Burke, of David G. White & Associates, Inc. located in Burlington, Vt., recently negotiated the sale of the former Stanley car dealership site. The property is located on 587 Lake Flower Ave. (Rte. 86). The three-acre site was sold to Aldi, Inc., a German-based supermarket chain for $1.45 million. Aldi plans on building a new supermarket on the site.
