What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?
While we’ve successfully closed multiple real estate investment deals with direct investors, we are prepping for the launch of our first 1031 DST offering. It’s been a lot of work for me, and my team, and we are excited to go live!

How do you contribute to your community or your profession?
Our mantra is “Doing well by doing good” so there is an impact component to everything we do. We specialize in the sponsorship of impact and tax advantaged real estate investments, and it is rewarding to help individuals preserve land for future generations, develop solar projects, and aid real estate investors in mitigating their capital gains tax liabilities. KNPRE is in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Atlanta, and each member of our team, donates time, talent, and money to causes they believe make our individual communities better places to live and work. From a corporate perspective, we support causes that nurture entrepreneurship, help those impacted by the pandemic, foster art in education, provide support to those facing economic hardship, and animal rescue.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was four years old, I announced I wanted to be a businessman and make a million dollars a year!
