Robert Martin Co. closes 400,000 s/f in leases in first half of 2021

Elmsford, NY Robert Martin Co., one of the largest real estate management and development firms in Westchester County, has closed 400,000 s/f of new leases, renewals and expansions at its properties in Westchester and Stamford, CT for the first half of 2021.

Among the major leases signed in the first half were:

  • Tierpoint, 131,078 s/f (renewal) at 11 & 17 Skyline Dr., Hawthorne;
  • Conri Services, Inc., 41,511 s/f (renewal) at 5 Skyline Dr., Hawthorne;
  • LaserShip Inc, 40,000 s/f (new lease) at 650 West Ave., Stamford, and
  • Fabrication Enterprises, 36,825 s/f (renewal) at 3 Westchester Plaza, Elmsford.
