Manhattan, NY A further testament to the city’s recovery as businesses continue to head back to the office, leading construction management firm Omnibuild leased a new office location in Midtown. Omnibuild’s new space is located on the 14th Floor of 141 West 36th St. Formerly located on West 35th St., the firm is building out its new space, which encompasses half a floor, and will relocate in August.
“New York City is the greatest city in the world, and we’re proud to be part of its recovery,” said John Mingione, principal and COO of Omnibuild. “It’s an exciting time to head back to the office and collaborate in person again as we continue to construct and renovate the city’s most transformative buildings.”
A fully modernized building originally constructed in 1911, 141 West 36th St. is a 22-story office tower owned and managed by Brause Realty.
