The commercial real estate firm, Conley Associates, has recently completed lease negotiations for Empire Ambulance's administrative offices. Empire Ambulance moved into a 4,000 s/f space at 130 Remsen St. The landlord is R&B Properties of New York, LLC. Zac Conley, CCIM, of Conley Associates was the broker.
