Commack, NY Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corp. (LMC) has secured four new tenant commitments totaling 14,900 s/f at Mayfair Shopping Center. The leasing activity will bring three new dining tenants and a popular specialty food store to the property.
LMC serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 222,000 s/f retail destination, situated on Jericho Tpke. east of the Sunken Meadow Pwy. E.J. Moawad, LMC leasing representative, negotiated the recent transactions on behalf of the property ownership.
The latest leases include:
- Cajun Claws/JBBQ Shabu Shabu (6,500 s/f), which will combine two dining concepts from the owners of acclaimed Japanese restaurant chain Kashi.
- Meet Bar & Izakaya (3,800 s/f) will serve Japanese-style tapas, skewers and ramen in a casual atmosphere.
- Bagel Toastery (3,300 s/f), is being launched by the partner/owners of bagel shop/deli Bagelicious Café in Port Jefferson Station.
- The Crushed Olive (1,300 s/f), which has four other Long Island locations, is a gourmet shop well known for its olive oils and balsamic vinegars.

The four leases follow a recent 20,000 s/f commitment at Mayfair Shopping Center by Planet Fitness, one of the largest and fastest-growing global franchisors and operators of fitness centers in the United States.
Mayfair Shopping Center’s lineup of national and regional tenants includes Big & Tall, Capital One Bank, D’Ore Jewelers, Jos. A. Bank, Loft, Music & Arts, Northwell Go Health, Original Brooklyn Pizza, Outback Steakhouse, Prato 850, Rite Aid, Sherwin Williams, The Tutoring Center, Tropical Smoothie and Verizon Wireless, among others.
Mayfair Shopping Center serves a growing residential population of more than 200,000 people within a five-mile radius. The marketplace offers an average household income of more than $145,000, and more than 23,000 vehicles pass the center each day.
