Monte of RHG arranges $3.2m perm. financing

Daniel Monte, president of The Rose Hill Group of WNY LTD (RHG), has arranged $3.2 million in permanent financing for DealMaker Honda, a newly built auto dealership located on Maple Rd. The financing was through a correspondent life insurance company.The 16,352 s/f development is fully occupied. Crissey Architectural Group served as architect.  The borrower was undisclosed.
