Pergolis Swartz Associates finances a total of $52.28 million

Pergolis Swartz Associates, Inc. has completed the following deals totaling $52.28 million: * Barry Swartz of Pergolis obtained a $7 million permanent loan for a six-story walk-up apartment on East 13th St. * Richard Pergolis of Pergolis closed a $6.7 million permanent loan for a 12-story hotel on West 35th St. * A $6.7 million permanent mortgage secured by Swartz for two five-story walk-up apartments on Ave. B. * Pergolis arranged a $4.4 million permanent mortgage for four, four-story brownstones. * $4 million in permanent financing was negotiated by Swartz for a six-story SRO on West 51st St. * $3.5 million in permanent financing was arranged by Swartz for a five-story walk-up apartment on West 50th St. * Swartz obtained a $3.4 million permanent mortgage for a five-story walk-up apartment on East 89th St. * Swartz obtained a $2.8 million permanent loan for a four-story apartment on Prince St. * A $2.4 million permanent mortgage was negotiated by Swartz for a five-story apartment on Ave. B. * $2.3 million in permanent financing was secured by Swartz for a four-story walk-up apartment on Bedford St. * $2.115 million in permanent financing was obtained by Swartz for three six-story walk-up apartments, two on Columbus Ave. and the third on West 107th St. * A $2 million permanent mortgage was arranged by Swartz for a parking garage on Thompson St. * $1.875 million in acquisition/construction financing was obtained by Len Solinsky of Pergolis for the renovation of a commercial property on Third Ave., Bronx. * $1.69 million in permanent financing was arranged by Swartz for a six-story apartment on East 10th St. * Solinsky obtained a $1.4 million fixed-rate loan for a seven-unit condo on Oliver St., Brooklyn.
