The Property is located less than half a mile from I-84, a major local highway with a 42,634 annual average daily traffic count. The property consists of a 14.30-acre site improved with a 99,400 s/f building that was constructed in 1995. The grocery anchor occupies 56,000 s/f and is responsible for the remaining 43,400 s/f of inline retail space with subtenants that include a pharmacy and a mix of local retailers.
- $10.3 million in permanent financing for the refinance of a grocery anchored retail plaza in Colonie. The 90,953 s/f property has access and visibility with more than a 16,000 annual average daily traffic count at its location on Albany Shaker Rd. At the time of closing the property was 100% occupied with 76% of the space leased to tenants that have been in place since 2009 or earlier.
