Queens, NY Klosed Properties has acquired 763 Seneca Ave. in the Ridgewood neighborhood for $1.2 million. Stephen Preuss, Andreas Efthymiou, and Rani Bendary of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction.

Jacob Namdar, managing director of acquisitions at Klosed said, “We are excited to announce the closing of 763 Seneca Ave., which is our first acquisition in Ridgewood. The property consists of two stores and five apartments. Tenants are paying below market rents, and we plan to create significant value by renovating the units.” 

Adam Hajibai, vice president of Klosed said, “We’re looking to expand our portfolio through purchasing retail, multifamily, and mixed-use well-located properties. We currently have 11 properties under hard contract that we are purchasing.”
