Pyramid Brokerage completes three sales; Judelsohn of Pyramid handles $3.3m deal

Pyramid Brokerage Co. has recently completed the following three sales: A New York City investor has purchased the 111,000 s/f South Ogden Plaza, a neighborhood mixed-use shopping center located at the confluence of the NYS Thruway I-90/I-190. South Ogden Associates sold the property for $3.3 million. Tenants include Center One, Big Lots and Family Dollar. Arthur Judelsohn, senior executive director of Pyramid was the sole broker who handled the negotiations for the sale. The investor has retained Pyramid to seek additional Upstate investments. HDL Property Group, a preferred Walgreens developer, has purchased 3.45 acres of land that will be used to develop a Walgreens Pharmacy. The properties purchased are located at 9032 Erie Rd. and 9050 Erie Rd. in Angola. The total sales price was in excess of $1 million. David Seider and Scott Fetzer of Pyramid handled negotiations for this sale. Kay St. Car Wash, located on Rte. 12 in Barneveld was sold recently by Lee Broomfield. Donald Story purchased the 3,500 s/f, four car bay/1 truck bay car wash on 1 acre for $312,500. Brian Snow and Mike Conley of Pyramid represented the seller in this transaction.
