What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?
I was named the co-leader of EisnerAmper’s Real Estate Services Group. In terms of publications, I served as the editor of the firm’s Real Estate Private Equity Insights and co-edited the second edition of a Qualified Opportunity Funds book for real estate investors. I also joined forces with colleagues on EisnerAmper’s Coronavirus Response Team. I spearheaded a special study in collaboration with Preqin on real estate private equity market trends and analysis. I was awarded by Hofstra University as an honored Women in Law and by Bisnow, which named me one of their Power Women in new york commercial real estate.
What conferences, books, blogs, podcasts, or influencers would you recommend to women?
I see actress and producer Mary Tyler Moore as my biggest influence growing up. She was way ahead of her time, portraying a modern, career-focused and independent woman. Her program was a catalyst for changing the archaic societal culture in a time when the women’s movement was taking off. Behind the scenes, she changed television with her MTM Enterprises production company, which focused on quality writing, challenging stories, and breaking ground for women artists. I have always strived to honor both the spirit of the strong, independent career woman Moore portrayed, and the entrepreneurial vision that created MTM.
