RKF completes two leases; named exclusive agent for two retail spaces

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF) has completed two leases and was named exclusive agent for two local properties.
RKF leased 6,000 s/f at The World-Wide Group's 110 Church St., also known as 50 Murray St. to Starbucks, AT&T, and Washington Mutual. Starbucks and AT&T will each occupy 1,500 s/f, while Washington Mutual will occupy 3,000 s/f. Â RKF is currently marketing the remaining space to specialty and service retailers. RKF senior VP Ariel Schuster and director Brett Weinblatt represented The World-Wide Group in this transaction. Starbucks and Washington Mutual were represented by Northwest Atlantic's David Firestein and Chase Welles, respectively. AT&T was represented by Steven Baker of Winick Realty.
The firm has also completed a lease with Capezio at 201 Amsterdam Ave., also known as Nevada Towers, on the Upper West Side. The dancewear retailer will occupy 2,345 s/f on the northeast corner of 69th St. Schuster and directors David Alani and Richard Gelber represented the landlord, Nevada Tower Associates. Capezio was represented by Barry Sanet and Paul Torres of Sierra Realty.
RKF VP Joshua Strauss and associate Chad Sidkoff are marketing the retail space at 237 Lafayette St. on behalf of building ownership, Global Property Holdings, LLC. The space encompasses 5,700 s/f on the ground floor and lower level.
At 351 Bowery, RKF executive VP Karen Bellantoni and senior managing director Sal Ferrigno are marketing 11,100 s/f of retail space on behalf of a private investor. 351 Bowery is situated at the base of a 15-story condominium development currently under construction. The available retail space consists of 3,200 s/f on the ground floor, 3,700 s/f on the second floor and 4,200 s/f on the third floor.
