O’Brien, Inc. has qualified for the Associate Member Classification for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, “SIOR”.  Peters expects to secure the full designation in the office category later this year. Peters joined M.C. O’Brien, Inc. 2 years ago and has finalized over 60 transactions totaling over 350,000 s/f with his partner William O’Brien, SIOR.

Peters is a commercial real estate veteran with over 10 years in the business and he has generated an extensive list of non-profit, entrepreneurial and corporate clients. Notable transactions, since joining M. C O’Brien, Inc., include the $12 million sale of a 48,000 s/f office building, an $11 million disposition of a medical center, a 45,000 s/f lease to a charter school and a 56,000 s/f lease to a major NY based HMO and medical services provider.
