TerraCRG brokers leases totaling 23,575 s/f in Brooklyn; includes 19,825 s/f at 1000 Dean St.

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has completed leasing transactions totaling 23,575 s/f at two properties: 

At 1000 Dean St. in Crown Heights: 

• SACKVILLE, a contemporary cannabis brand, signed a new lease for 780 s/f, three-year lease. 
• Architects Associates, a team of architects who aspire to create a better world, signed a new 715 s/f, three-year lease.
• Eight lease renewals at 1000 Dean total 18,330 s/f. Tenants who renewed include film studio Small Giant who extended their lease and took additional space, Native Resonance, a documentary production company, and Brooklyn Flea. 

The contracts signed represent 10 leases ranging from 700 s/f to 7,000 s/f, and lease terms ranging from two-to-five years. 1000 Dean St. is an office conversion project that is undergoing additional renovations  including an upgraded lobby, shared conference rooms, phone booths and some additional amenities to continue to foster the social and creative community that has been growing at 1000 Dean over the last several years.

At 794 Union St. in Park Slope:

• Spear Physical Therapy, a team of physical therapists and support staff engaging patients in highly motivating, highly personalized treatments, signed a 3,750 s/f, 10-year lease near the asking rent of $36 per s/f. The space will be delivered as-is. Chris Havens and Pardo of TerraCRG represented the landlord, and Evan Clements of Dartmouth represented the tenant.

“Both parties are quite pleased with this lease deal,” said Havens, managing director of office leasing at TerraCRG. “The tenant was able to find a rare space of this size in Park Slope, and the landlord gets a proven, solid, long-term tenant.”
