Owned by a partnership of George Comfort & Sons, Loeb Partners Realty and Jamestown, 200 Madison Ave. is a 26-story, class-A office building.

“We’re pleased to maintain our longstanding relationship with NRS, which has appreciated the first-class management and maintenance of their space for over 30 years,” said George Comfort & Sons president and CEO Peter Duncan. “200 Madison Ave.’s proximity to transportation, classic Art Deco lobby, flexible floorplates, generous ceiling heights and plentiful light and air combine to create the ideal setting and work environment for our tenants, and the tower’s full occupancy is a testament to that appeal.”

Located in the Grand Central submarket of the Midtown South office market and occupying the blockfront between 35th and 36th Sts., the building is perfectly situated for commuters. Tenants at the building include Phillips-Van Heusen Corp., Havas Health, Inc., Greater N.Y. Mutual, Garan, Inc. and Surdna Foundation, Inc. Among the retail offerings at street level are Roche Bobois, Starbucks and New York Sports Club.
