Medford, NY Lawrence Densen and Chris Mayor of Island Associates Real Estate have completed the sale of the stand-alone office building at 2650 Rte. 112. The property was sold by John Kudrick to Shah’s Halal Foods, a quick serve eatery offering kebabs and rice dishes as well as other Middle Eastern foods. The sale price was $350,000.

In a second transaction, Roger Delisle of Island Associates Real Estate Inc. negotiated and closed the purchase and sale of 36 Wheeler Rd. in Central Islip. The property sold for $495,000. The site is improved with a 900 s/f retail store leased to Nutri Living. The store opened for business in 2018.  The lease has a base term of five years plus options.  The purchaser is a real estate owner and operator who owns several investment properties on Long Island.  The purchaser and seller were represented by Island Associates.

Nutri Living prepares and serves all-natural smoothies and related products and has been the tenant for several years.
