Queens, NY Barcel Group closed the sale of nine buildings totaling $18.5 million. The properties are:  

• 2018-2034 Bedford  Ave., a one-story retail building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, sold for $4.3 million. The property consists of eight stores, totaling 6,240 s/f. Marcel Fridman represented the buyer in this off-market sale.

• 452 East New York Ave., a two-story walk-up in Lefferts Gardens, sold for $1.05 million. The property consists of two residential apartments and two stores, totaling 3000 s/f. Fridman represented all parties in this off-market transaction.

• 598-600 Myrtle Ave., a three-story walk-up in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, sold for $3.1 million. The vacant properties consisted of six residential units, totaling 6,300 s/f. Fridman represented all parties. 

• 620 Myrtle Ave., a three-story walk-up in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, sold for $3.1 million. The vacant property consists of four residential units and two stores, totaling 6,250 s/f. Fridman represented all parties. 

• 325 Putnam Ave., a three-story walk-up in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, sold for $2.1 million. The vacant six-unit building totals 4875 s/f. Fridman was the sole broker. 

• 18-62 Cornelia, a three-story walk-up in Ridgewood, sold for $2.35 million. The vacant six-unit building totals 5,600 s/f. Fridman was the sole broker.
