• 452 East New York Ave., a two-story walk-up in Lefferts Gardens, sold for $1.05 million. The property consists of two residential apartments and two stores, totaling 3000 s/f. Fridman represented all parties in this off-market transaction.
• 598-600 Myrtle Ave., a three-story walk-up in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, sold for $3.1 million. The vacant properties consisted of six residential units, totaling 6,300 s/f. Fridman represented all parties.
