West Nyack, NY Turnbridge Equities has named Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey Asset Services team as property manager for 250 West Nyack Rd. The assignment marks Cushman & Wakefield’s third appointment by Turnbridge in 15 months; the team now oversees nearly 1.6 million s/f for the Manhattan-based investment and development firm.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Nevins and Karen Hromin lead the management team whose initial efforts will center on the development and roll-out of processes and policies to bring the 240,000 s/f Rockland County industrial and office asset to institutional management standards.
