Westbury, NY According to Colliers International and Ripco Real Estate, Bloomingdale’s Furniture is coming to the Samanea New York Mall.

Representing Samanea was Matthew Kucker and Jordan Baruch of Colliers while Brian Schuster of Ripco represented Bloomingdale’s Furniture. Bloomingdale’s is taking 25,000 s/f with an anticipated opening in the spring.

Originally opened in 1997, the property is undergoing a multimillion dollar renovation by Samanea New York that meets the demand of the 21st century consumer while remaining the home to legendary names such as Fortunoff Fine Jewelry, the Fortunoff Backyard Store, and the Cheesecake Factory.

Samanea’s head of leasing, Dominic Coluccio, said, “The promise of the Samanea Mall in Westbury is now being realized as this world famous retailer calls our location home.
