Warren of Kaufman brokers 4,700 s/f lease

The Kaufman Organization brokered a five-year lease for Blue Room. According to Elliot Warren of the Kaufman Organization, who represented the tenant, the company signed a lease for 4,700 s/f of office space at 7 West 18th St., the entire third floor.
