A three-story building at 87-80 Parsons Blvd. in the Jamaica neighborhood sold for $1.45 million. The property contains three office units, which total 5,700 s/f. Local 463 Realty Corp. sold the office building to Dinu Pietraru. Samia Farah of Greiner-Maltz Investment Properties represented the seller.
Respect Auto Group has signed a NNN lease for a single-story warehouse locate at 35-01 Northern Blvd. in Long Island City. The property is comprised of 28,000 s/f, including a 10,000 s/f showroom and 8,000 s/f of warehouse space. Larry Reiff of Greiner-Maltz represented the landlord, East Shire 35-01 Realty LLC, while Luca DiCiero represented the tenant.
