According to Michael Finn, managing partner of CB Richard Ellis/Syracuse, the office has leased a total of 50,928 s/f and handled a $350,000 sale.
Bill Anninos of CBRE/Syracuse represented 3PD in its lease of 23,257 s/f of space at 5823 Widewaters Pkwy., DeWitt. 3PD moved from its Lumber Way, Liverpool location after its merger with General Transportation Services, and established the Widewaters space as its regional headquarters. Pyramid Brokerage Company represented the landlord.
Bart Feinberg of CBRE/Syracuse brokered the $350,000 sale of 519 Liberty St. Salt City Enterprises, owned by Len Montreal and Sam Flatt, purchased the 12,000 s/f commercial building from Har-Rob Fire Apparatus. Salt City Enterprises will redevelop the property into a mixed-use building, to include office and possibly retail, using green building practices. Renovations will include adding a second floor. This is one of several properties that Salt City Enterprises has purchased in the area over the past few years and redeveloped as part of their city revitalization efforts.
Peter Finn of of CBRE/Syracuse brokered the lease of 8,682 s/f of office space at 1010 James St., to Transitional Living Services (TLS). This lease represents an expansion for TLS. They will occupy the 2nd floor, sharing the building with Longley Jones Management Corp. and Syracuse Securities.
Anninos represented Gilbane Building Co. in its lease of 6,817 s/f of office space at 221 S. Warren St. This is a new market for Gilbane Building Co., a construction management firm whose local project is renovating Central Tech High School. Cor Brokerage represented the landlord.
Anninos and Alan Gramet, CCIM, or CBRE/Syracuse represented Maxim Healthcare Services in its lease of 4,130 s/f of office space at 224 Harrison St. Maxim Healthcare Services has expanded and relocated from its James St. location. John Funiciello, of JF Real Estate, represented the landlord.
Anninos and Tim Reynolds of CB Richard Ellis/Chicago, represented Allstate Insurance Co. in its lease renewal of 2,306 s/f of office space at 1035 7th North St., Liverpool.
Gramet represented Dr. Carl Azzoto in the optician's lease of 2,136 s/f of space at 7903 Brewerton Rd., Cicero. Azzoto relocated his Sterling Optical store from Northern Lights Shopping Center in North Syracuse to the plaza in Cicero, which is owned by Vision Development.
Larry Van Der Bogart brokered the lease of 750 s/f of office space at 6320 Fly Rd., East Syracuse. This space will serve as a sales office for Horizon Solutions, a high-technology products distributor and engineering solutions provider.
