What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019?
My greatest professional accomplishment this year was being named to the 2019 Commercial Observer’s 25 under 35 Top Young Debt & Equity Professionals. I am very thankful to the HKS team, clients and capital partners who helped me achieve this. 

What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2019?
My most notable project in 2019 was closing a $24 million construction loan for the ground-up development of the Samaritan Daytop Village located in the Bronx. This deal took many twists and turns, and it was great to finally see it through. It is also a very exciting project for the Bronx Community that will have a positive impact on many lives. 

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
I predict that 2020 should be a great year for commercial real estate. With the abundance of capital still in the market, I think we will continue to see the trend of this capital leaving New York to other major markets chasing assets and deals free from rent regulation.
