Queens, NY Shorewood Real Estate Group has broke ground on 160-05 Archer Ave., a 24-story mixed-use building designed by Hill West Architects in Jamaica. The 326,000 s/f building will contain 315 rental units and 25,000 s/f of ground floor retail space. This will be Shorewood’s first property in an opportunity zone. Amenities include a co-working space, game room, yoga room, dog wash and lounges with views of New York and Jamaica Bay. The team includes: Interior design, Whitehall Interior; and leasing agent, Citi Habitats.
