CIREB will hold "Advanced Commercial Investment Workshop" presented by Tom Lundstedt, CCIM, on September 29. Lundstedt is a recognized expert on the subjects of investment real estate and taxation. A former major league baseball player with the Chicago Cubs and Minnesota Twins, Lundstedt has a unique ability to present complex information in an entertaining and enlightening way. Lunstedt holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota as well as the prestigious CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors. The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and will contain six hours of NYS real estate continuing education credits. This course is offered to CIREB members for $75, and $125 for non-members.
