Holbrook, NY Zere Real Estate Services sold an 8,000 s/f industrial building for $1.401 million on 0.73 of an acre near the Veterans Hwy. MacArthur Airport Business Corridor.

Marie Zere, president & CEO and Michael Zere, executive vice president of Zere Real Estate Services represented the seller of 1687 Church St. The sellers name, 1687 Church Street Realty Corp. The buyer, 1687 Church Realty LLC was represented by Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty.

“The seller was actually former customer of mine that I sold the building to in the year 2000 for his trucking distribution company. That same customer remembered me and came back to my office 19 years later and walked into my office and asked for the lady in the hat to help him again this time to sell his industrial building that I sold to him all those years ago,” said Marie Zere.
