1247 Ave. V, a four-story full rent-stabilized walk-up building in Sheepshead Bay, sold for $2.6 million (15x GRM).The property consists of 12 residential units totaling 10,600 s/f. Fridman represented the purchaser in this off-market transaction.
913 St. Marks Ave., a three-story walk-up building in Crown Heights sold for $2.325 million. The vacant property consists of four residential units, totaling 5850 s/f. Fridman represented all parties.
1005 46^th St., a four-story walk-up building in Borough Park sold for $3.7 million. The vacant property consists of 12 residential units totaling 10,800 s/f. Fridman represented all parties.
