We’ve watched and seen tremendous changes in this part of Manhattan over the years,” said Noah Rosenblatt, president, North America at Space NK. “Within Manhattan, our stores are currently either downtown in SoHo or Uptown. This new store in NoMad will serve as a great central location for all our customers who work and live in the surrounding neighborhoods.”

The neighborhood, which has evolved quickly in the last few years, allows us to recruit new customers and be on the forefront of the ever-growing New York retail climate,” said Julien Gommichon, president, North America,at Diptyque. “The boutique is a perfect complement to our existing six stores in New York City and Brooklyn.“
