The Hampshire Cos. acquires 22,670 s/f retail property in Clifton Park

The Hampshire Companies has acquired a 22,670 s/f retail property located at 1746 Rte. 9. The acquisition was made on behalf of The Hampshire Generational Fund, one of the firm's private equity real estate investment funds tailored to high net worth investors.  The property is leased to Tractor Supply Company.
