Rochester, NY STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, a national net lease and sale-leaseback advisory group, represented the seller in the $5.5 million sale of an industrial property leased to Cintas Corp. located at 2005 Brighton Henrietta Town Line Rd.

The 48,703 s/f building’s lease has 13 years remaining with annual rent increases. Phil DiGennaro, Jonathan Wolfe, and Jordan Shtulman of STREAM Capital Partners represented the seller on the transaction.

“The strong corporate guarantee as well as the tenant’s long operating history in the Rochester market were the drivers in this transaction. The buyer was in a 1031 exchange,” said DiGennaro.
