Uniondale, NY Jane Chen, an associate in the law firm of Forchelli Deegan Terrana, has been recognized by The Huntington Chamber of Commerce at the Annual Celebrate Long Island’s Young Professionals event. The event showcases top young influential people under the age of 30 on Long Island who have contributed to their workplace and community.
The Huntington Chamber of Commerce represents the interests of business, industry, financial service, not-for-profit, and other professionals within the greater Huntington area.
Chen is an associate with the firm’s corporate and real estate practice groups. Chen concentrates her practice in various facets of real estate law; including representing various homeowners associations, real estate developers and sponsors in drafting and filing offering plans. Chen also represents cooperative corporations in the transfer of shares and ownership, Board and shareholder disputes, and foreclosures.
She is a graduate of Hofstra University’s School of Law (2017) and received her B.A. from Stony Brook University (2014). She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association of New York. Jane has been published in the New York Real Estate Journal, the Suffolk Lawyer, and other local publications.
Currently, Chen is an executive board member of the Hofstra University Law School Alumni Association. She is also the co-chair of the Hofstra University Law School Alumni Association’s Diversity Committee.
