Melville, NY CIBS Long Island hosted a panel discussion on “Fake News: How the Current State of How the Media Reports News Affects Our Business and Real Estate Professionals”on May 8th. The panel, moderated by Fair Media Council CEO Jaci Clement, included Herbert Agin, CEO of Colliers International Long Island Inc.; Mitchell Goldberg, president of ClientFirst Strategy Inc.; and David Winzelberg, real estate reporter at Long Island Business News. The event was held at RXR Executive Park, 58 South Service Rd.
CIBS’ next event is an educational program, “IDA Benefits, What You Need to Know.” It will be held on June 5th from 8 to 10 a.m. at RXR Executive Park (Lower Level Auditorium), 58 South Service Rd.
Tony Catapano, Suffolk County IDA executive director, and Kelly Morris, Suffolk County IDA deputy executive director will be the guest speakers. The event will also feature breakfast, networking and a question and answer segment.
