New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing totaling $62.26 million for the following seven deals:
• $11.075 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 66 units in the Midwood section of Brooklyn. Stephen Katz, managing director of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $11 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 46 units and 3,800 s/f of commercial space on Broadway in Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
•$10.65 million for a seven-story multifamily apartment building containing 66 units in Jamaica Estates, Queens. Katz arranged the financing.
• $8.225 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 36 units in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. Matthew Albano, managing director of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $7.735 million for two seven-story multifamily apartment buildings containing 38 units and 4,650 s/f of commercial space on Amsterdam Ave. in Manhattan. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $6.975 million for a portfolio of one multifamily apartment building and five mixed-use buildings containing 41 apartments and nine commercial units located throughout Brooklyn. Michael Charnowitz, managing director of GCP arranged the financing.
• $6.6 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 48 units and 2,300 s/f of commercial space, on East 161st St. in the Bronx. Jack Fried, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
