Manhattan, NY Meridian Retail Leasing, the retail leasing division of Meridian Capital Group, has arranged a long-term lease for Bite Food & Coffee at 820 Broadway in the Greenwich Village neighborhood. President of New York retail leasing, James Famularo, and director, Greg Goldberg, represented the landlord in this transaction, while Mark Kapnick and Michael Watson of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.

Bite Food & Coffee is opening their first city location at 820 Broadway, a postwar building on East 12th St. and Broadway in Union Square, three blocks north of Astor Pl. 

The space spans 1,700 s/f with 25 ft. of frontage. 

Bite Food & Coffee’s new location also benefits from 24/7 foot traffic from a mix of students, young professionals, residents, and tourists, and is just steps away from the Union Square subway station, offering access to the 4, 5, 6, N, Q, R, W, and L Trains.
