Plainview, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., David Hunt, president of the firm, has been honored with the Long Island Business News “Citizenship Award – Real Estate Professional.” The award is not only for his 2018 sales experience, with $25 million in closed transactions, but it is a further acknowledgement of his prodigious and selfless community service.
Hunt is about as multi-faceted and devoted to service of others as one person can be. He is the vice president of properties and risk management for the Suffolk County Council of Boy Scouts, and an executive board member. Hunt, who himself is an Eagle Scout, is also responsible for the advancement of 2,200 Scouts in the Matinecock District, one of four districts in Suffolk County Council. Last year, the district graduated 92 Eagle Scouts.
